Fees and insurance

With a doctor’s prescription, sessions are reimbursed at the agreed tariff. Without one, they remain possible at your own expense.

  • With a prescription

Covered by Swiss basic health insurance (LAMal) or accident insurance (LAA) at the agreed tariff. For health insurance, your deductible and co-payment apply. A prescription is valid for up to nine sessions, and the first session must take place within five weeks of its issue.

  • Without a prescription

Physiotherapy at the practice: CHF 80 per session. Hydrotherapy in the therapy pool: CHF 100 per session. These sessions cannot be reimbursed by insurance. Treatments not covered by basic insurance, such as shockwave therapy, are only charged after you have been told the price.

  • Payment

With a prescription, by invoice. Under the “tiers payant” system, the invoice goes directly to your insurer. Under “tiers garant”, you receive it with a payment slip, pay it, and your insurer then reimburses its share. Without a prescription, you pay by invoice or in cash at the practice. Card and TWINT payments are not accepted.

  • Home visits

With a prescription mentioning “à domicile”, sessions and the travel allowance are billed at the agreed tariff and covered by LAMal or LAA.
